Many hospital foundations and health care nonprofits struggle to know how to best implement the digital component of a grateful patient program – mainly due to the complexity around data and having siloed technology. 

In our experience, a successful digital program can be implemented across a variety of technology stacks as long as the platforms are integrated OR there is a business process to ensure data and platforms are coordinated.
