Jeff oversees all things design - from websites and campaign forms to resource reports, email design, and interactive experiences. He bridges creativity with tech, ensuring every piece of visual communication is both beautiful and built for impact.

With a background spanning magazine design, branding, logos, motion graphics and web design, Jeff brings a wealth of hands-on experience across digital and print media. He’s fluent in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, WordPress, Canva, and has a strong understanding of front-end design and accessibility.

After years freelancing for international brands and organizations as well as designing in the fast-paced action sports world, Jeff shifted his focus toward purpose-driven work. He currently consults with nonprofits to tell their stories through thoughtful, user-centered design. His goal is always to translate complex briefs into clear, emotionally resonant visuals that inspire action and build trust.

When he’s not designing, Jeff can be found on micro-adventures in and around Toronto with his family, or on a dual-sport motorcycle ride, snowboarding, or travelling with a camera in hand.

  • Our client, Parkinson’s Foundation implemented @Nuclavis to enhance their peer-to-peer fundraising on mobile. 

Here’s what happened once the app was installed:

🤳 2300+ participants signed up to use the app

💰 Fundraisers using the app raised an average of $1,054 - 3x more than those not using the app

📊 8% of donations can be sourced back to the mobile app, resulting in over $145,000 of all donations

  • We helped NYU Langone Health create an engaging and interactive message board in honor of Nurses Week. Here’s what happened after it launched:

📬 506 messages were submitted

💰 Which resulted in 52 donations

🤳 67% of all donors were NEW online donors

Here’s what we did:

🖥️ The concept was to create a full-screen experience where user-generated messages floated in a dynamic, almost three-dimensional space—giving visitors the feeling of being part of a live, ongoing celebration.

✅ To heighten the sense of motion and connection, we designed the board with a continuous side-scroll of messages, hover animations, and scaling effects to make the board visually dynamic. This not only created visual interest but also encouraged visitors to keep scrolling and reading, increasing time on page and overall interaction. 

💐Alongside the message submission, we integrated donation opportunities. Supporters could both share their appreciation and make a gift in honor of nurses, creating a seamless journey from engagement to contribution. By tying emotional connection directly to action, the campaign maximized both impact and reach.

This interactive message board is built on Blackbaud’s Luminate Online Survey Module with custom code.

  • We are so excited to officially welcome Chandra Searcy to our team as our newest Senior Digital Fundraising Consultant!

Chandra is a strategic digital fundraising and project management professional with over a decade of experience leading diverse teams in digital product development, information technology, and marketing strategy. Her passion for fundraising, however, started long before her professional career. As a runner, she frequently participated in running events to raise money and awareness for cancer research which inspired her lifelong dedication to nonprofit impact.

She has previously worked with organizations such as ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the International Paper Foundation, where she focused on digital campaign optimization, user experience design and business analysis. She also has expertise in digital technology platforms such as Blackbaud Luminate Online, Asana, Atlassian and various content management systems to effectively plan and execute fundraising initiatives.

Chandra holds a B.A. in Journalism and Media from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a M.A in Journalism with a focus in strategic and digital communications from the University of Memphis. 

She currently lives in Memphis, TN with her husband Justin, and their two enthusiastic children, Kaleb and Elliana. In her spare time you can find her power walking to a favorite playlist or spending time outdoors with her family.
