Union Rescue Mission wanted fresh, visually-striking email graphics and social media designs for their 4th Annual Angels of Hope TV Special. Based on their brand guidelines and style guides, we used updated their designs and refined their campaign email schedule and copy.
We added best practice email components with a user-friendly email header and a headshot of the signer. We incorporated unique elements to their emails to create a sense of urgency with countdown clocks, thermometers, and impact graphics.
We also created an email calendar for the campaign. This included promotional emails, progress emails throughout the event, and impact emails after the event.
To add innovation to URM’s social media strategy, we created Instagram slides to engage their followers.
The concept worked to encourage followers to share their reasons for supporting URM and to tag their friends to participate.
Dynamic animation graphics were also created and resized for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.

With the refreshed email and social media graphics, coupled with our updated email calendar strategy, we were able to modernize the campaign to potentially reach a new audience.
These efforts contributed to raising $2,170,295 for the 4th Annual Angels of Hope TV Special.
