Hirshberg Foundation Tour de Pier Website Redesign
The Hirshberg Foundation approached us to redesign the website for their signature event, Tour de Pier, with the goal of improving user experience, streamlining content, and driving greater participation and donations.

Our Solution:
To create a more engaging and intuitive website for Tour de Pier, we took a user-centric approach, beginning with a comprehensive UX overhaul. Our first step was meeting with the Hirshberg Foundation team to understand their expectations, goals, and key priorities for the redesign. From this discussion, we determined that a streamlined site structure would be essential to improving navigation, simplifying content, and driving participation. We developed a new site map that prioritized the most important pages and ensured a seamless user experience.
With a clear structure in place, we collaborated closely with our designer to bring the new vision to life. The client emphasized the need for an engaging, modern design that would inspire visitors to register, donate, and get involved. Our designer crafted a dynamic and visually compelling prototype that captured the energy of the event while maintaining clear pathways to key actions. Once the design was approved, our developers began the build, integrating best-in-class functionality and ensuring mobile responsiveness. Simultaneously, we migrated all existing content, refining it to align with the new structure and optimize clarity.

Enhanced Brand Presence:
Integrated the Tour de Pier logo into the homepage background, reinforcing brand identity and creating a more immersive experience.

Incentives Table:
Designed and developed a custom dynamic incentives table, allowing users to easily see which rewards they qualify for at each fundraising level.

Custom Participant Badges:
Designed unique achievement badges for the participant center, encouraging engagement and rewarding fundraising milestones.

- International Medical Corps (IMC) has the goal of growing their recurring giving program. As an organization that responds to emergencies around the world, having a strong base of recurring donors helps them plan ahead, act quickly, and maintain support even when the news cycle shifts. They knew there were donors in their database who would likely say yes to a monthly gift—they just needed a better way to find them and communicate with them.
