We built a multi-touch email campaign focused on urgency, clear impact, and consistent donor engagement, with the goal of funding 50,000 bottles of water. Messaging was tailored to annual giving donors, employees, and grateful patients, and amplified by engaging GIFs and a matching gift that doubled every donation.

A strong final-day email, formatted as a forward from a foundation team member, leaned on the matching opportunity and approaching deadline. It drove 128+ donations in the final six hours alone, proving the power of strategic timing.
