Donation Form Rebrand
Children’s Hospital New Orleans was rebranding to Manning Family Children’s with the support of the Manning family. As part of this transition, they wanted to modernize their digital giving forms — transforming outdated layouts into an experience that captured the joy, celebration, and trust at the heart of their new identity.

Our Solution
Audit & Prioritization
We conducted a comprehensive audit of existing Luminate Online donation forms, identifying which giving pathways were most critical to update ahead of the public rebrand. This ensured the forms donors interacted with most often reflected the new identity from day one.
Modernizing the Design
The original forms were functional but dated. We reimagined the giving experience with refreshed wrappers and layouts that were cleaner, more welcoming, and aligned with the hospital’s brand standards. This created a stronger first impression for donors and reinforced brand integrity.
Bringing Joy Into the Experience
To honor the hospital’s New Orleans roots, we incorporated Mardi Gras–style confetti brand elements throughout the design. These celebratory touches turned donation forms into a reflection of the Manning Family Children’s spirit — joyful, vibrant, and unmistakably local.
Seamless Rollout & Testing
We phased the updates to prioritize high-traffic forms and conducted thorough testing to ensure accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and flawless usability. Donors experienced a seamless transition, with no disruptions in giving functionality during the rebrand launch.
