This FAQ-style guide answers the most common questions about using your Participant Center, from updating your photo and editing your fundraising goal to sending emails and sharing your donation link.

How Do I Update My Picture?

On Your Personal Page:

1. Log into your Participant Center. Click on the “Participant Login” button at the top of the website.
   
2. Enter your username and password and click Submit
   
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Update Media.
   
4. A pop-up will appear—click Choose File to upload a .gif, .jpg, or .png image from your computer.
   
5. Click Save/Upload.
   

On Your Team Page (if you’re a team captain):

1. Log into your Participant Center.
   
2. Click the My Team tab.
   
3. Scroll down and click Update Media.
   
4. Choose your file and click Save/Upload.

How Do I Update My Page Content?

1. Log into your Participant Center. Click on the “Participant Login” button at the top of the website.
   
2. Enter your username and password and click Submit
   
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select:
   
   • Me tab to edit your personal page
     
   • My Team tab to edit your team page (must be a team captain)
     
4. Click Edit Content.
   
5. A pop-up will appear—enter your updated content and click Save.

How Do I Update My Fundraising Goal?

1. Log into your Participant Center. Click on the “Participant Login” button at the top of the website.
   
2. Enter your username and password and click Submit
   
3. Scroll down and click Edit Goal next to your Fundraising Progress.
   
4. Enter your new goal in the pop-up and click Save.

How Do I Send Emails?

1. Log into your Participant Center. Click on the “Participant Login” button at the top of the website.
   
2. Enter your username and password and click Submit
   
3. Click the Email tab.
   
4. Choose an email template and click Next.
   
5. Edit the email and fill in recipient and sender info. Click Next.
   
6. Choose contacts by clicking either:
   
   • If you chose to Add Contact to enter First Name, Last Name and Email
     
   • If you chose to Import Contacts to pull from your email provider (you’ll need to grant access) and click Next
     
7. Click Next, then Send when you’re ready!

How Do I Know If Someone Donated to My Page?

1. Look at your fundraising page to view your honor roll and thermometer
   
2. Or log into your Participant Center by clicking on the “Participant Login” button at the top of the website
   1. Enter your username and password and click submit
      
3. Scroll down to view your donation history and progress

What Link Should I Share to Get Donations?

1. Look at your fundraising page to view your honor roll or Log into your Participant Center.
   
2. Click on the “Participant Login” button at the top of the website.
   1. Enter username and Password and click Submit
      
3. Scroll down
   
4. Click the Me tab to find your Personal Page URL.
   
5. Click the My Team tab to find your Team Page URL.
   
6. Copy and paste the link you’d like to share!

How Do I Change My Team Name?

1. Look at your fundraising page to view your honor roll or Log into your Participant Center.
   
2. Click on the “Participant Login” button at the top of the website.
   1. Enter username and Password and click Submit
      
3. Go to the My Team tab.
   
4. Click the Team Name button.
   
5. A pop-up will appear—edit your team name and click Save.

Note: Only team captains can make this change.

1. Send them your Team Page link
   
2. They can click the Join Team button right on your page
