Behind the scenes, our developers built and launched the lightbox in Luminate Online, ensuring everything ran smoothly across devices and browsers. Donors can easily switch from a one-time gift to a monthly gift with just one click — no extra steps, no confusion.
Tracking and Optimization
The new upsell feature includes a custom donation data element that tracks when donors interact with the lightbox and whether they choose to upgrade to a monthly gift.
