Our team is virtual with remote staff based all over the USA. We are specifically looking for candidates with Luminate Online.
Doing Good Digital is a digital agency helping non-profits grow their fundraising revenue through better digital strategy, websites, online fundraising campaigns, fundraising technology, donation forms, Peer-2-Peer websites and overall digital support. Doing Good Digital is a small but fast-growing company based in Silicon Beach.
We are currently servicing over 25+ clients in US and Canada and looking to add to our team to meet the growing demand for our services.
As a Blackbaud certified partner, the majority of our clients utilize Raiser’s Edge, Luminate Online and TeamRaiser. Many of our projects involve the implementation or consultation of donation forms, email campaigns, and P2P campaigns on Luminate Online and TeamRaiser.

Digital Fundraising Consultant (remote)
We are looking for an individual must have at least three years of experience in the non-profit sector, working directly with online fundraising tools such as Luminate Online and/or TeamRaiser.
You will be supported by a senior team at Doing Good Digital, but are expected to be the main client-facing contact and liaison. Responsibilities will include:
Project Management of Online Fundraising and IT Projects: This will be over 60% of the role. This will involve managing and leading projects with clients related to the design and implementation of online donation forms, P2P/TeamRaiser websites, Luminate Online, email campaigns, website builds and other online projects that may arise. This will involve gathering technical and design requirements from clients, consulting with clients on best-practice for configuration, and then working with internal designers and developers to implement deliverables. Will require aiding or leading in configuration of Luminate Online donation forms, TeamRaiser, email campaigns, other aspects of Luminate Online and other fundraising platforms, and then leading the quality assurance process with the client for launch.
Online Campaign Strategy and Support: Working directly with retainer clients to plan annual fundraising calendars and strategy. This will include planning, creating or contributing ideas for email campaigns (headlines, copy, design, segmentation), ongoing donor stewardship (welcome series’, thank-you emails and pages, upgrade campaigns), supporting digital assets (improvements to websites, lightboxes, social media advertising campaigns)
P2P Campaign Strategy and Support: Leading P2P website builds (such as DIY, Runs, Walks, Rides), providing recommendations and guidance on how to best utilize TeamRaiser or the underlying P2P fundraising platform, providing stewardship and coaching communication recommendations, providing event support to clients after launch
Planning and managing timelines for all projects to ensure client deliverables are met on time
Ongoing reporting to clients on campaign results with recommendations for potential improvements
Ongoing coordination and communication with client, internal DGD team members (ex. designers, developers) and external DGD and/or client partners. Communicate effectively and positively with all stakeholders.
Travel to fundraising conferences and client meetings as required and flexibility to work west coast hours to meet the demands of our client base in Southern California
Experience
Must have at least one year working with or managing Luminate Online (Convio), TeamRaiser or similar fundraising tools
Experience building/editing donation forms, P2P websites and email campaigns in Luminate Online (Convio), TeamRaiser or similar fundraising tools
At least two years working in the annual fundraising department or P2P events department at a non-profit organization
Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge, basic HTML, social media advertising experience and/or some graphic design experience is preferred, though not mandatory

Front-End Web Developer (remote)
We are seeking a front-end web developer who has experience working in WordPress, Drupal and/or Luminate Online and LCMS. Luminate Online and LCMS experience preferred since most of our projects are within this platform. Responsibilities will include:
Implementing and coding Photoshop files and requirements into Luminate Online, TeamRaiser, LCMS, WordPress and/or Drupal using appropriate language syntax and naming conventions.
Implementation of donation forms, landing pages, pagewrappers, navigation, content types, personal pages, team pages, registration forms, emails etc. into Luminate Online, TeamRaiser and other non-profit platforms as required.
Meet timeline requirements outlined by the project team
Resolve post-launch issues and client requests
Proactively provide UX and UI recommendations and enhancements to ongoing projects
Ensure quality assurance across browsers, email clients and mobile devices
Management and enhancement of our corporate website in WordPress
Work in a collaborative team environment through daily status phone calls and instant chats on Slack
Occasionally meet via phone with clients
Willing to learn, provide feedback and communicate openly with the DGD team.
Experience
3+ years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL/mySQL and asp.net
At least two years working with Luminate Online (Convio), TeamRaiser, LCMS, WordPress and/or Drupal. Luminate Online (Convio) experience preferred.
