Devereux
Virtual Family Resilience Conference Microsite
Devereux sought a dedicated event microsite that would clearly communicate key event information for their virtual Family Resilience Conference while providing a seamless experience for prospective attendees. The goal was to centralize registration opportunities, agenda details, speaker information, and event logistics in a single, user-friendly destination that would drive engagement and support event participation.

Our Solution:
Built on Devereux’s Existing Platform
We leveraged Devereux’s existing website infrastructure hosted on Blackbaud Luminate Online®, creating new event-specific pages that seamlessly integrated with the platform while introducing a distinct brand and theme for the event.
Clear, User-Focused Content Structure
We organized key event information—including easy access to registration links, agenda, speaker details, and logistics—into an intuitive layout that allowed users to quickly find what they needed and confidently take action.
Engaging Motion & Visual Enhancements
Subtle animations were added to guide attention, enhance storytelling, and create a more dynamic browsing experience without overwhelming the content.
Custom Event Branding & Modern Design
The microsite was designed to align with Devereux’s organizational branding while incorporating creative elements developed in collaboration with Braithwaite Communications, resulting in a fresh, modern visual approach that elevated the event without losing brand recognition.
Web Best Practices & Accessibility Compliance
The site was built using current web best practices and accessibility standards to ensure a user-friendly experience for all visitors, including those using assistive technologies.
Rapid Turnaround with a Market-Ready Result
The entire project was completed within a two-month timeline, delivering a polished, fully functional event microsite that was ready to promote and seamlessly direct users to registration.

The Results
Devereux launched a modern, market-ready event microsite that leveraged creative assets from Braithwaite Communications to elevate the event experience while maintaining brand alignment. The site centralized key information, enhanced user engagement, and supported registration through clear pathways within a two-month timeframe.

- Richstone Family Center depends on volunteers to support many of its programs, but their screening process involved a lot of manual work. Staff had to read through every application, figure out where someone might be a good fit, note any concerns, and then follow up to schedule interviews. It was effective, but time-consuming for Richstone staff, and it slowed down how quickly new volunteers could get involved.
- Devereux launched a modern, market-ready event microsite that elevated the event experience while staying true to organizational branding.
- Through its August stewardship campaign, Coast Guard Foundation wanted to cultivate and increase engagement with Guardians Circle donors by strengthening relationships with donors who had already shared their phone numbers and encouraging those who had not, to opt in—ultimately expanding its mobile audience.
